JOS jewelry is designed in Houston, Texas and individually crafted in the United States. Each piece is created with an emphasis on form, proportion, and precise finishing.

JOS currently works primarily in sterling silver, selected for its beauty, strength, and ability to develop character over time. Select designs in 18-karat gold and other precious metals will be introduced in future collections.

Select JOS pieces are individually crafted or made to order. When applicable, the estimated production timeline will be noted on the individual product page.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

For the most accurate fit, we recommend having your finger professionally sized by a jeweler.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for wider or more sculptural JOS designs.

Store your jewelry in a dry, protected place when it is not being worn and avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, and abrasive materials.

Sterling silver may be gently polished with a soft jewelry polishing cloth as needed.

Eligible sterling silver pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and accompanying materials.

Customized, altered, engraved, specially sized, gold, platinum, and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Orders under $750 receive complimentary standard shipping, while orders of $750 or more are upgraded to complimentary express shipping.
